Step Forward. Lead With Purpose. Serve on NFDA’s Board of Directors.

Your leadership matters – not just within your firm or community, but across the funeral service profession as a whole. NFDA is now seeking committed, forward-thinking leaders to serve on its Board of Directors for the 2026-27 leadership year.

If you are ready to help shape the future of funeral service, now is the time to act. Applications must be submitted by 4 p.m. CT on Monday, February 2.

Why Serve on the NFDA Board?

Serving on NFDA’s Board of Directors is a powerful way to extend your influence, give back to the profession, and help guide the association that represents funeral service on a national and global stage.

Board service offers the opportunity to:

  • Shape strategy and direction for the world’s largest funeral service association
  • Advocate for the profession on issues impacting funeral homes and grieving families
  • Collaborate with respected peers from across the country who bring diverse perspectives and experiences
  • Strengthen your leadership skills through hands-on governance, strategic planning and decision-making

Your voice will help ensure NFDA remains a trusted leader, a strong advocate and a forward-looking partner for its members.
