Funeral Rule Document Review Service Get your price lists reviewed by NFDA’s general counsel. 

NFDA’s Funeral Rule Document Review Service gives members a thorough legal analysis of all documents required by the FTC Funeral Rule — your General Price List (GPL), Casket Price List, Outer Burial Container Price List, and Statement of Funeral Goods and Services Selected. 

The review is conducted by NFDA General Counsel Chris Farmer, includes recommended improvements if needed, and comes with a legal guarantee: if you’re audited by the FTC, NFDA counsel will back your GPL at no additional charge.
