Work/Life Resource Program: Life Skills for the New Grad

Are you out on your own for the first time or facing a new life challenge and need some basic skills to succeed. Perhaps you have a son or daughter who just graduated high school and will be living on away from home soon.

Learning to cook for yourself and doing minor home repairs is a great start. Then you can focus on other things like how to ask for what you want, learning to say “no,” or how to handle an emergency.

The NFDA Work/Life Resource Program, a benefit of your membership available to you and members of your immediate family, can help anyone get an “A” in Life Skills 101.
