NFDA members have an important opportunity to make their voices heard on proposed changes to the association’s Bylaws. Voting is now open and eligible members are encouraged to review the proposed changes and participate in the vote.

There are two sets of proposed Bylaw changes put before NFDA members for their consideration. The first change is related to the proposed merger with Selected Independent Funeral Homes. The second set of changes are drafted to clean up and update certain provisions.

Beginning September 24, qualified NFDA members may vote electronically for proposed NFDA Bylaws changes. Voting will remain open through 4 p.m. CT on Wednesday, October 7.

NFDA has partnered with Survey & Ballot Systems (SBS) to administer the vote electronically. Eligible voting members will receive information on September 24 about how to vote from noreply@directvote.net. If you do not see your personal voting information, please check your spam or junk folder.
