NFDA’s Arrangement Solutions Academy, taking place virtually November 10, 17, 24 and December 1, offers an opportunity to sharpen your skills, learn from colleagues and explore practical solutions to the real-world challenges you encounter when serving families.

Unlike a traditional webinar, the Academy brings together a small group of funeral service professionals for four interactive, 90-minute sessions led by NFDA Trainer Lanae Strovers. Think of it as a professional study group where you can share experiences, discuss challenging situations and discover new approaches to meeting families’ needs.

The small-group format encourages meaningful conversation, peer-to-peer learning and collaboration. Whether you’re looking for new ideas, hoping to strengthen your confidence during arrangement conferences or simply want to learn how other funeral professionals approach similar challenges, the Academy offers a supportive environment to learn and grow.

• Mortuary Students: $80 (CE credit not available)

Registration includes the NFDA Arranger Training Workbook, handouts, collaborative presentation, CE processing and a certificate of completion.
