National Guardian Life Insurance Company (NGLIC) recognized four team members with G.R.I.T. Awards during a meeting in April. The awards highlight the winning mindset needed to achieve NGLIC’s goals and vision. Peer nominations recognized and celebrated colleagues for their outstanding achievements and performance. This year’s recipients are:

• Brandon Hellwig, senior sales analyst, received the Growth and Personal Development Award, given to an individual who sets clear professional and personal growth objectives, and holds themselves accountable for their own growth and NGLIC accountable for support.

• Bruce Nyberg, iSeries support specialist, received the Resilience and Accountability Award, given to an individual who is resilient and perseveres, believes in holding themselves and others accountable for actions and outcomes, and commits to results and follow-through.

• Mandie Hall, account success associate, received the Initiative, Drive and Execution Award, given to an individual who takes initiative with a bias for effective action, asks for help when needed and looks beyond daily tasks to effectively execute plans.

• Colin Regan, senior agent solutions coordinator, received the Trust in Each Other Award, given to an individual who demonstrates trust in themselves, peers and leaders; empowers others; is empowered; delegates; and fosters open communication by giving and receiving constructive feedback. nglic.com
