National Guardian Life Insurance Company (NGL) recognized four team members with G.R.I.T. Awards during a recent meeting. These peer-nominated company awards highlight the winning mindsets needed to successfully achieve NGL’s goals and vision.
Dylan Etter, payroll and disbursements manager, received the Growth and Personal Development Award, given to an individual who sets clear professional and personal growth objectives, holds themself accountable for their own growth, and holds NGL accountable for support.
Courtney Shaffer, senior business systems analyst, received the Resilience and Accountability Award, given to an individual who is resilient and perseveres, who believes in holding oneself and others accountable for actions and outcomes, and for whom a commitment to results and follow-through is a basis of their work ethic.
Andy Mohr, assistant vice president of internal audit, received the Initiative, Drive and Execution Award, awarded to an NGL team member who takes initiative with a bias for effective action, asks for help when needed and looks beyond daily tasks to effectively execute plans.
Jaime Perez, senior agent solutions coordinator, received the Trust in Each Other Award, which recognizes an individual who demonstrates trust in themself, peers and leaders; empowers others; is empowered; delegates; and fosters open communication by giving and receiving constructive feedback.
