The Keith M. Merrick Company appointed Justin Cannon as president. He has nearly two decades of leadership experience in retail and corporate business markets, including those in Phoenix, Arizona; Seattle, Washington; Vancouver, British Columbia, Canada; and Shenzhen, China.

In his new role, Cannon leads the senior management team alongside Jeanette Hiemstra, chief operating officer, and Jana Phillips, vice president of finance. His priorities include expanding digital-marketing capabilities, implementing new technology solutions and expanding partnerships that drive growth.

Cannon holds an MBA and master’s degree in management and leadership from Western Governors University, as well as a bachelor’s degree in cybersecurity and information assurance.
