Matthews Memorialization, a division of Matthews International Corporation, has acquired The Dodge Company, a leading supplier of embalming chemicals and supplies as well as a variety of other deathcare products. Dodge CEO Tim Collison has made a long-term commitment to continue leading Dodge as part of Matthews.

For Dodge customers, essentially nothing will change as a result of the acquisition. They can continue to order the same products through their Dodge sales and customer service representatives. In addition, Dodge sales representatives will contact customers with information about the acquisition and to answer any questions. In the meantime, customers with questions may reach out to their Dodge sales representative.
