Express Funeral Funding (EFF) recently gave well-deserved promotions to three members of its sales and marketing team. Olivia Ralston-Yergler was promoted from Midwest account manager to sales and marketing manager; Jack Willaert was promoted from client relations representative to Midwest account manager; and Andrew Uesseler was promoted from sales and marketing support specialist to client relations representative.
A proven leader in sales and client engagement who joined EFF in 2021, Ralston-Yergler will drive strategic initiatives to strengthen brand awareness, manage public relations efforts, and develop enhanced training and educational programs to support EFF’s funeral home and cemetery partners across the country.
In his new role, Willaert, who has served EFF customers since 2009, will foster relationships with funeral homes and cemeteries throughout the region and support EFF’s continued mission of delivering personalized, relationship-driven service.
Uesseler, a valued team member since 2022, will now assist funeral homes and cemeteries with onboarding, training and customer support initiatives.
In other news, EFF has acquired Ford Acceptance, a funeral-funding company that has been known for its exceptional service and strong client relationships since 1969. This strategic move enhances EFF’s national presence and furthers its mission to deliver compassionate support, unmatched service and innovative funding solutions to funeral professionals and the families they serve.
Ford Acceptance clients will benefit from a seamless transition to EFF’s suite of services, including faster claims processing; personalized support; and access to intuitive, user-friendly technology designed to streamline the funding process. ExpressFuneralFunding.com
