Forest Lawn Museum Opens Latest Exhibit

On September 20, Forest Lawn Museum (Glendale) held a free, public reception for the opening of its latest art exhibition, “In Bloom: Flowers in Contemporary Art.” Running until February 15, 2026, this exhibition explores contemporary approaches to the timeless floral theme. The media and artwork on display vary dramatically. The paintings, sculptures, installations and video range from naturalistic to abstract, from playful to contemplative.

“In Bloom” features the work of husband-and-wife duo DABSMYLA, David Flores, Francesca Gabbiani and Eddie Ruscha, Simonette David Jackson, Jasmyn Marie Analia Saban, Kim Schoen, and Tiffanie Turner. Most pieces are new work.

Admission and parking for the exhibition are free to the public. In addition, Forest Lawn Museum has created a free digital art guide, available at ForestLawn.com/Exhibits/Free-Digital-Art-Guide. This app-based guide includes an in-depth look at dozens of pieces of artwork in the collection, archival photographs, informative descriptions and more. ForestLawn.com
