Dead Ringers has appointed Brent Thomas, who holds more than 28 years of deathcare experience, as head of business development. He started in cemetery and funeral preneed sales before quickly advancing into sales leadership roles. After joining Batesville in 2002, he helped launch a pet-cremation startup, served as a cremation expert and consulted on key accounts. More recently, Thomas led the sales training and development team at Homesteaders.
Said Thomas of his new role with the company: “I am thrilled to join Dead Ringers because of its innovation and stellar reputation. The extensive training Dead Ringers provides to deathcare professionals daily is remarkable, though often underappreciated. I knew I had to be part of this impactful journey to help funeral professionals deliver the best possible customer experience.”
In conjunction with this strategic hire, Dead Ringers also unveiled its enhanced service offerings. The company’s “Growth Plan” delivers comprehensive leadership strategy, one-on-one staff coaching, group training sessions and ongoing customer-experience evaluations.
Complementing this hands-on approach is CXpertise, Dead Ringers’ new on-demand learning platform that features video modules, downloadable resources, monthly webinars and specialized classes. When professionals utilize both programs together, they’re eligible to achieve “Dead Ringers Certification,” a new milestone for customer-experience excellence in deathcare. deadringers.co
