Flanner Buchanan (Indianapolis) recently recognized Kelli Bennett and Kathy Molloy of Paradigm Health as the Flanner Buchanan 2024 Hospice Caregivers of the Year, and Nan Allen of Luminary Hospice as the Flanner Buchanan 2024 Hospice Volunteer of the Year.

Maureen Lindley, Flanner Buchanan vice president of marketing, presented the honorees with their awards at a recognition event on March 12, 2025, at Flanner Buchanan’s Prairie Waters Event Center.

Award recipients were selected based on nominations submitted by colleagues who praised their dedication, compassion and commitment to serving patients and families during life’s most vulnerable moments. The Paradigm Health team described Bennett and Molloy as professionals who go above and beyond in providing compassionate care, offering support and demonstrating dedication to their patients and families.
