 ellation fee OR application fee may be applied to another Cremation Certifi
 cation Program. Cancellations must be received by the day prior to the semi
 nar. Cancellations received on/after the day of the event and no-shows will
  not receive a refund. Telephone requests must be followed up in writing.NF
 DA reserves the right to cancel a seminar due to circumstances beyond its c
 ontrol. Should circumstances arise that result in the cancellation of a sem
 inar\, candidates will have the option to either receive a full refund or t
 ransfer to another Cremation Certification program option. NFDA's liability
  for any cancellation is limited to a refund of the registration fee and sh
 all not extend to any other claims including\, but not limited to\, travel 
 expenses\, cancellation fees\, lost wages\, inconvenience\, and other relat
 ed costs.
