States have begun to lift pandemic-related restrictions on business, creating a “new normal” for funeral home operations.

Georgia started to ease restrictions on business on April 24; the stay-at-home order for residents ended April 30. Bryant Hightower will report on what is now permitted for funeral homes in his state and how his firm is approaching the transition to a new phase of operations
Michigan residents are under a stay-at-home order until May 28; however, a few business restrictions have been lifted. Dutch Nie will share what restrictions his firm has been operating under and how he plans to approach the shift to a “new normal” and keep his staff and client families as safe as possible.
