The NFDA Service of Remembrance, celebrating the lives of funeral professionals who died during the past year, will be held on Tuesday, October 29 during the 2019 NFDA International Convention & Expo in Chicago. This year, we will explore the customs associated with celebrating the lives of our public servants.
We need your help.
During the Service of Remembrance, we want to recognize NFDA members, employees of members, immediate family of members and retired members. If there is someone who died between July 1, 2018, and June 30, 2019, you would like to have recognized during the service and whose name should be published in the Service of Remembrance program, we ask that you submit their name to NFDA.
All names should be submitted through our simple online form, www.nfda.org/names. If we receive a decedent’s name from multiple states, the name will be listed in the program under the state in which they last resided.
Names must be submitted by Monday, July 8, 2019, to be included. If information is not received by the deadline, names will not be included.
Thank you kindly for your help in providing the information requested by the deadline to make sure your colleagues and loved ones are recognized.
