Participants can choose one of two ways to register and apply to the Pursuit of Excellence program:

1. Register and apply online:

1. Register and/or order Pursuit of Excellence merchandise online - Register by February 29, 2012 for the early-bird price of $260 (regular price: $285). No discount code is needed to receive the early-bird price.   
   
   
2. Fill out and submit your entire Pursuit of Excellence entry online
   

Tips for Online Application

• Read all instructions carefully.
• The online Pursuit of Excellence application is only accessible to NFDA members and requires a username and password. If you do not know your username and password, contact your personal NFDA member services representative at 800-228-6332.
• The online application allows users to begin work on their entry, save content and return at a later date. You must use the same username and password throughout the entire entry process in order to access saved content.
  • To access your saved content, log-in and click on the appropriate link under "Previously Submitted or Completed Forms."
• Entries completed online must be finalized by midnight, July 13, 2012. Please follow the instructions in the online entry form for marking your entry as "final." Entries that are not marked "final" will not be accepted, no exceptions

2. Register and apply by mail:

2. Prepare your entry by using a word-processing program like Microsoft Word or other comparable software. Once all required criteria have been completed, the document should be assembled in an organized, bound format (e.g., folder, three-ring binder, scrapbook) and mailed to NFDA.

All materials (including the registration form, if not previously submitted) must be postmarked by July 13, 2012, and arrive at NFDA no later than July 20, 2012. Entries arriving at NFDA after July 20, 2012, will not be accepted, no exceptions.

Entries from firms outside of the United States must be postmarked by July 13, 2012, and arrive at NFDA no later than July 27, 2012. Entries arriving at NFDA after July 27, 2012, will not be accepted, no exceptions.
