former funeral director and manager, Barranco Funeral Home, Severna Park, Maryland, died January 7, 2010, at age 75. Randall served in the U.S. Army during the mid-1950s and graduated from Eckels College of Mortuary Science. He managed Barranco Funeral Home from 1971-76. He was a life member of the Maryland State Funeral Directors Association, the Virginia Funeral Directors Association, the Delmarva Funeral Service Association, the Academy of Funeral Service Practitioners, the British Institute of Embalmers and the Maryland State Funeral Suppliers Association.

He is survived by wife Flossie, sons Russell and R. Thomas, and four grandchildren.
