McCormick Place is the largest convention center in the country. The following gates are important to remember as they are related specifically to the NFDA Convention and Expo attendees: Gate 38 will be for taxi-cab drop offs, Gate 30 is where attendees can be picked up from the convention center via cab, and gate 31 is where the shuttles running back and forth between the hotels and McCormick will drop of attendees.

[Back to Top] FIAT/IFTA Meeting Means More Attendees for 2005 NFDA Convention and Expo
The International Council of Direction, the governing body of FIAT-IFTA (the international association for funeral service), will have their annual meeting on Tuesday morning, October 4, 2005 during the NFDA convention. There will be between 30 and 50 international Board Members, delegates and observers in attendance.

This is in response to exhibitors AND members asking for a one-day only expo fee that would accommodate funeral directors' busy schedules at a more economical fee. NFDA has been diligently promoting this to members but we would also like to encourage our exhibitors to help promote this NEW opportunity to its customers.
