• August 19 - Badge Form Due (If you want your badges sent to you before the show).
• September 1st - Materials due to NFDA for registration bag inserts.
• September 2nd - Final date to turn in Badge Form (to receive badges at the show).
• September 5th - Ad Space reservation deadline for The Director November issue .
• September 15th - Ad Material Due for November.
• September 16th - Ordering deadline for GES material. Higher prices after that date.
• September 30th - Exhibitor Move-In.
• October 3rd - Expo Begins.
• October 5th - Exhibitor Move Out.
