product but must purchase their own tests and submit completed tests to NFDA individually.

CE Hours Available
- Books 6 or 8 CE hours
- CDs 2 or 4 CE hours
- DVDs 2, 4 or 10 CE hours
All NFDA courses are approved for CE by the Academy
of Professional Funeral Service Practice (APFSP) and by most state licensing
boards. APFSP approval hours are noted in the Resource Catalog and Resource
Store as in the following examples: 4 CE hours (.4 CEU); 10 CE hours (1.0
To earn CE hours, submit your completed test to NFDA for
review as directed in test instructions. You and your state board (as applicable) will be
notified via email of CE hours earned within 10 business days of test
Priority CE processing is available. Upon receipt of a $75 priority fee with a completed test, NFDA will expedite CE reporting to a state licensing board prior to an impending deadline for license renewal.
CE approval may vary by state. Prior to purchase, it is the individual’s responsibility to verify that a specific course is approved for CE by the state/s in which he or she is licensed.
Courses are approved through
December 31 of the year of purchase!
