Presenter: Lynn Ochiltree, CFSP, is the founder of Ochiltree Funeral Service and Aftercare in Winterset, Iowa. Lynn also owns and manages Grief Support Services, a bereavement care organization partnering with funeral homes to provide the educational aftercare newsletter Transitions and Renovations, designed to help grieving families adjust to life changed by loss. Lynn is serving his third term as the Pursuit of Excellence chair for NFDA.
